Artcam Paf File

I have artcam 2012 express. i recently crashed my laptop and bought a new one. i tried to install artcam again but it keeps giving the error msg " Unable to locate license PAF file. i have no idea what that is, i wasnt the person who installed artcam last time. but i have the disk and the dongle. i need your help

After checking that the PAF Licence file (HEL92-01P.paf) is in all of the locations mentioned and that your USB dongle is connected, please start ArtCAM Express, select the Help > About ArtCAM Express menu option, and check that it reads ArtCAM Express 2013.SP4 (build 303). If it does not read ArtCAM Express 2013.SP4 (build 303), please follow these steps:

Please confirm your dongle number, so that I can attempt to retrieve the corresponding PAF License file (*.paf); I could not find any record of your registered email address in our customer database. Thanks in advance for your time and cooperation.

I was forced to reset my computer and had to reinstall the Artcam express but now the PAF file is needed and i Purchased this from Delcam back in 2013 and it seems they are no longer around or something and i am unable to contact them ..... My dongle number is 145334 ... can you help!!!!!!

I've sent a copy of your PAF Licence file (WSC00230-01P.paf) to your registered email address from artcam-online-support@autodesk.com along with installation instructions for ArtCAM Express 2015 R2.SP3 (build 860).

As previously requested, please complete the form here and return it by email to artcam-online-support@autodesk.com. With this information, I can ensure that the software and dongle are registered to the correct company and provide them with the necessary PAF Licence file (*.paf).

Hi There, We are registered users for Artcam Jewelsmith 2015 (3 licenses) currently using SP2 however i am trying to run this SP3 version, but when attempting to load my existing .paf file as instructed, i am told 'you are not licensed to use this program' - have i missed something?

Do you have the pro? or something else? on your old pc did you look for your PAF? or do you have the one of those licenses that are dedicated to one computer?? go to computer,c,users,public,public documents,artcam........... you should find it there, at least that's where mine is.

I'm having the same issue, inherited the software/dongle from elsewhere in the company and need the PAF file... Could you let me know an email address to send the dongle number to and sort out a PAF file to be sent to me in return..?

The PAF Licence file (FUT35-01P.paf) you have been sent is compatible with dongle number 206705 and 206706, and enables you to use ArtCAM Express 2015 and the Nesting module with them.

A separate PAF Licence file (2FU06-01P.paf) is associated with each of the three dongle numbers you've provided (100132, 104031 & 104050), and enables you to use ArtCAM Insignia 2008.SP6 (build 357) with them.

Is a Windows 10 64-bit operating system installed on your computer? If so, please ensure that your PAF Licence file (2FU06-01P.paf) has been copied to both of the following locations on your computer:

I've sent a copy of your company's latest PAF Licence file (WAL08-01P.paf) by email from artcam-online-support@autodesk.com to your registered email address along with instructions for downloading and installing ArtCAM Pro Designer 2015.SP4 (build 339).

So I finally got around to installing Artcam Pro 2015 R2 on my new computer. Still using it on the old one and wanted to get the new one up and running. Obviously I ran into a PAF issue and have gone through all of the sentinel updates, tried my existing PAF file from the old computer, tried a new PAF from Dillon when I new I was going to do this install before support shut down and still cant get access to the program. Anybody have suggestions.

I have three different paf files and I have tried all three in all of the folders as mentioned in many of the post. I have also made sure that I delete any of the existing paf files already in the folders and paste only the one that I am trying to use. Here is a screen shot of the message

whoops one more how did you install R2 to the new computer was if from the install CD or download, if it was by downloading the zip file you cannot use windows to unzip, there was an issue with that, you need to use the likes of 7zip.
